針對(duì)推焦車電氣設(shè)備老化、故障率高,以及該系統(tǒng)以順序邏輯控制為主;因此,將其設(shè)備改造為當(dāng)今較為先進(jìn)的法國(guó)施耐德工控機(jī)、PLC 控制;傳動(dòng)裝置采用變頻器和軟啟動(dòng)器,同時(shí)對(duì)生產(chǎn)情況進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控;保證推焦車準(zhǔn)確定位、推焦、安全可靠地運(yùn)行。

Abstract :The paper discusses the situations that the push2coke machine is out of date in electrical insulation , the fault rate grows higher , and the control system is sequence logical control1 So we decide to reform it1 We adopt a more advanced PLC of the French Schneider Electric Company industrial control equipment in current1 The driver is adopted the frequency con2 verter and soft starter1 And the process of monitoring is in real time1 The push2coke machine ensures the accuracy of fixed position , and pushing coke is safe and reliable1
