      LM5165器件是一款易于使用的緊湊型3V至65V，超低I Q 同步降壓轉(zhuǎn)換器，可在寬輸入電壓和負(fù)載電流范圍內(nèi)提供高效率。該器件具有集成式高側(cè)和低側(cè)功率MOSFET，能夠以3.3V或5V的固定輸出電壓或可調(diào)輸出電壓提供高達(dá)150mA的輸出電流。器設(shè)計(jì)旨在，簡(jiǎn)化實(shí)現(xiàn)方案，同時(shí)優(yōu)化目標(biāo)應(yīng)用的性能。脈頻調(diào)制（PFM）模式可確保在輕負(fù)載條件下獲得最優(yōu)效率，恒定導(dǎo)通時(shí)間（COT）控制可實(shí)現(xiàn)近似恒定的工作頻率。這兩種控制方案都不需要環(huán)路補(bǔ)償，同時(shí)還能夠針對(duì)較高的降壓轉(zhuǎn)換比實(shí)現(xiàn)出色的線路和負(fù)載瞬態(tài)響應(yīng)以及短暫的脈寬調(diào)制（PWM）導(dǎo)通時(shí)間。
