基于LabVIEW的磨損實驗測控系統(tǒng)設計與實現(xiàn): 摘要：基于LabVIEW設計實現(xiàn)了油管接箍磨損磨耗實驗測控系統(tǒng)。首先對測控硬件系統(tǒng)進行設計；然后根據(jù)功能要求設計運行主VI程序和實驗參數(shù)設置、實驗系統(tǒng)運行、工藝報表等子VI程序，并成功實現(xiàn)了各子VI之間的參數(shù)傳遞、正向壓力和摩擦力及溫度數(shù)據(jù)的采集與處理、實驗介質溫度控制、程序故障停止后恢復運行、報表生成等功能；最后，通過調(diào)試使該磨損磨耗實驗測控系統(tǒng)的各項功能達到預定要求，且實際實驗運行效果較好。

Abstract：A measurement and control system for the friction experiment platform of oil?pipe and coupling is designed and accomplished based on LabVIEW.First,the hardware part including pressure sensor,temperature sensor is designed.And then,the main program and subprogram,such as experiment parameter setup,experiment running,and process reporting are designed.The function of parameters passing,the sampling and processing of the forward pressure,frication force and temperature,the control of medium temperature,recover running after fault and report generating are realized.Finally,every function of the experimental platform can meet the requirement through many times debugging,and the effectiveness of measurement and control running well.
