位置伺服系統(tǒng)中先由位置給定量與反饋量的差值經(jīng)過位置調(diào)節(jié)器的調(diào)節(jié)產(chǎn)生速度給定
量,再由速度給定量與速度反饋量的差值經(jīng)過速度調(diào)節(jié)器的作用最終實(shí)現(xiàn)準(zhǔn)確的定位。由上述位置伺服系統(tǒng)的工作過程可見位置伺服系統(tǒng)中角速度的檢測(cè)是非常重要的一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),而角速度的檢測(cè)是由各種角速度傳感器來完成的。正是基于速度檢測(cè)在位置伺服系統(tǒng)中的重要性,本文介紹了位置伺服系統(tǒng)中常用的幾種速度檢測(cè)傳感器:測(cè)速發(fā)電機(jī)、測(cè)速橋、光柵等的結(jié)構(gòu)、原理及其信號(hào)處理電路。

Abstract : In position servo system , the error for the position given and position feedback is regulated by the position regulator to produce speed given. Second , the error for the speed given and speed feedback is regu2 lated by the velocity regulator ; and finally , the exact positioning is carried out . According to the working process of the above position servo system , we realize that angle acceleration measurement is one of the im2 portant taches ; moreover , the measurement is made by all kinds of angle acceleration sensors. Just based on
the above reason , the article generally describes several speed sensors that are frequently used : the speed measuring generator , the speed measuring bridge , and the optical grating. The paper discusses their struc2 tures , principles and their signal processing circuits.
