半封閉壓縮機(jī)電動(dòng)機(jī)故障分析與排除：在中央空調(diào)系統(tǒng)中使用的冷水機(jī)組，普遍采用半封閉活塞式壓縮機(jī)，這種壓縮機(jī)的電動(dòng)機(jī)直接接觸制冷
劑和冷凍油，并長(zhǎng)期在一定的壓力和溫度下工作，電動(dòng)機(jī)的工作環(huán)境比較惡劣。在機(jī)組運(yùn)行維護(hù)過(guò)程中，如果使用維護(hù)不當(dāng)，往往會(huì)引起電動(dòng)機(jī)燒毀，使空調(diào)系統(tǒng)無(wú)法正常工作。而維修好的冷水機(jī)組，其電機(jī)往往容易再次燒毀。本文分析認(rèn)為造成這類壓縮機(jī)電動(dòng)機(jī)燒毀故障的主要原因是：系統(tǒng)回油不良；電動(dòng)機(jī)三相電流不平衡；制冷系統(tǒng)含水量大；缺制冷劑運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)；真空運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)；電源電壓過(guò)低；異物進(jìn)入壓縮機(jī)等。要想避免維修過(guò)的壓縮機(jī)電機(jī)再次很快就燒毀，必須將產(chǎn)生該故障的原因解決，并且在維修中不能帶入新的故障因素。

Abstract：Semi—hermetic compressor often be used in the water—cooling unit of air conditioning system，and it’S motor which work in rather high temperature and pressure condition，even work with refrigerator and oil， has a poor working condition．It will cause some trouble with the motor if the water—cooling unit of the air conditioning system out of operating or mending．However，the motor of water—cooling unit will be destroyed easily after mending． By studying some causing of the motor—trouble in semi—herm etic compressor，it was summarized that the main reasons include that the oil is gotback badly；the three—phase current of the motor is uneven；the water content of refrigeration is large；lack the refrigerator and operate；the vacuum operates；the power is too low in voltage；the ma~er enters compressor，and etc．If you want to prevent the compression—motor of maintenance from trouble soon again，you must solve the reason which produce this trouble
， and can’t be brought into the new trouble factor in maintenance．
