提出一種雙饋電機風(fēng)力發(fā)電系統(tǒng)無功極限的計算方法，該方法以雙饋電機風(fēng)電系統(tǒng)的功率關(guān)系為基礎(chǔ)，考慮了網(wǎng)側(cè)變換器在其功率允許范圍內(nèi)的無功發(fā)生能力，系統(tǒng)動態(tài)無功極限為定子與網(wǎng)側(cè)變換器的無功極限之和。對雙饋電機風(fēng)電場在強電網(wǎng)無功調(diào)節(jié)中的應(yīng)用進行了探討，提出雙饋電機風(fēng)電場對當?shù)赜脩暨M行就近無功補償?shù)牟呗?，并給出相應(yīng)的無功分配策略，包括風(fēng)電場各風(fēng)機之間以及單臺風(fēng)電機組定子和網(wǎng)側(cè)變換器之間的無功分配原則。雙饋電機風(fēng)電場在實現(xiàn)變速恒頻優(yōu)化運行的同時，充分發(fā)揮了風(fēng)電機組和整個風(fēng)電場的無功處理能力，使其參與所連電網(wǎng)的無功調(diào)節(jié)。
Abstract: A method is proposed to calculate the reactive power limit of DFIG (doubly fed induction generator) wind
power generation system based on the power relationships of overall system. Considering the reactive power capacity of the
grid side converter, total reactive power includes reactive power of both stator and the converter. Reactive power regulation
application of DFIG wind farm in the grid has been studied. A reactive power compensation strategy for the local user using
DFIG wind farm has been developed and the distribution algorithms of reactive power demand are given which includes that
for distribution among DFIG wind power systems in the farm and that for distribution between stator and the grid side converter in one generation unit. With VSCF (variable speed and constant frequency) optimum operation of each generation unit, DFIG wind farm contributes to the reactive power regulation in the grid at its full reactive power capacity.
