本文介紹了一種基于嵌入式主板的便攜式無(wú)線圖像發(fā)射裝置的設(shè)計(jì)原理和實(shí)現(xiàn)方案，
該裝置具有圖像采集、圖像處理和圖像的無(wú)線傳輸功能。同時(shí)提出了一種改進(jìn)的運(yùn)動(dòng)圖像檢測(cè)算法，并將其應(yīng)用到無(wú)線圖像發(fā)射裝置的圖像處理過(guò)程中，由此構(gòu)造了一種基站式無(wú)線圖像監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)可以獲取被監(jiān)控現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的實(shí)時(shí)圖像，對(duì)圖像中運(yùn)動(dòng)物體檢測(cè)，當(dāng)有運(yùn)動(dòng)物體進(jìn)入監(jiān)視現(xiàn)場(chǎng)時(shí)，無(wú)線圖像發(fā)射裝置給出報(bào)警信號(hào)，并將報(bào)警信號(hào)以及實(shí)時(shí)的圖像畫(huà)面通過(guò)無(wú)線圖像發(fā)射裝置發(fā)射出去，通過(guò)無(wú)線接收基站傳入監(jiān)控機(jī)房，監(jiān)控人員可以在監(jiān)視器上觀察報(bào)警現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的情況。我們研制出了便攜式無(wú)線圖像發(fā)射裝置的樣機(jī)，并在實(shí)驗(yàn)室構(gòu)建了該無(wú)線圖像監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)，獲得了理想的效果。

Abstract: This paper introduces the design and implementation of a portable wireless image
transmission device based on embedded system, which has the capability of image collection,
image processing and wireless transmission. An improved algorithm on moving image detection is also proposed and applied into the image processing of the device. Thus a station-based wireless image monitory system is constructed. The system can obtain the real-time image of the monitored scene. By image detection of the moving object, the wireless image transmission device can give off alarm signals when moving objects enter the scene. Then alarm signals and real-time image are transmitted through wireless receival station into the monitoring room for inspection. We have developed the sample system in the laboratory and obtained ideal effects under real circumstance.
