      描述

      TPS62480是一款適用于薄型負(fù)載點(diǎn)電源的同步雙相降壓DC-DC轉(zhuǎn)換器。此器件的輸入電壓范圍為2.4V至可輸出電流最高可達(dá)6A（由兩相持續(xù)提供，每相3A），從而允許使用薄型外部組件。兩條電源軌異相運(yùn)行，可顯著降低脈沖電流噪聲。

      TPS62480可在超輕負(fù)載時自動進(jìn)入節(jié)能模式以保持高效率。其中包含自動增加/減少相位功能，具體使用一個相位還是兩個相位視實(shí)際負(fù)載情況而定。

      該器件具有電源正常信號和可調(diào)節(jié)的軟啟動功能。此外，該器件還具有熱性能正常信號，用以檢測內(nèi)部溫度是否過高。通過VSEL引腳可輸出電壓更改為預(yù)選值.TPS62480能夠在100％占空比模式下工作。

      TPS62480采用小型3mm×2.5mm HotRod封裝（RNC）。
