描述

UCx84xA系列控制器件是引腳兼容的UCx84x系列改進(jìn)版本。該系列器件具有控制電流模式或開關(guān)模式電源的必要功能，具有許多改進(jìn)的特性：?jiǎn)?dòng)電流小于0.5 mA，振蕩器放電調(diào)整為8.3 mA，在UVLO期間，輸出級(jí)可以下降對(duì)于V _CC超過(guò)5 V，小于1.2 V時(shí)至少10 mA。
